**Job Overview**

We are seeking skilled and motivated **Fabrication Technicians** to join our production team. In this role, you will work within the fabrication department to cut, shape, and form sheet metal according to precise customer specifications. This position offers hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities across multiple shifts.

New hires will complete training on first shift before transitioning to an assigned off-shift.

**Shift Availability**

+ **1st Shift (Training):** 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
+ **2nd Shift:** 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM _(2 openings)_
+ **3rd Shift:** 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM _(2 openings)_

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Operate fabrication equipment including cutting tools, roll formers, and benders
+ Fabricate sheet metal products based on customer specifications and work instructions
