Fabrication Supervisor - PM Shift

Pay: Up to £18 per hour

Shift: Mon-Weds 2pm-12am | Thurs 2pm-11:30pm | Fri OFF

We're hiring a hands on PM Shift Supervisor for a busy sheet metal fabrication site in North Leicester. The site operates across laser cutting, press brake, welding (including robot/laser welding) and powder coating.

Key duties

Supervising PM shift production staff
Hands-on support across welding, press work, laser machining and fabrication
Maintaining standards for output, quality and team performanceEssential experience

Strong full fabrication background
Proven capability across Press, Weld and LaserBenefits

28 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day per year of service
Birthday bonus
Laundered uniform
Training available (e.g. First Aid, FLT licence)
