The Laser Programmer willbe responsible forprogramming and operating computer- controlled laser cutting, engraving, or welding machines to meet production requirements with high precision and efficiency. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring theaccurateandtimelyprocessing of materials whilemaintainingthe highest quality standards.
KeyResponsibilities
Developandcreatecomputerprogramsforlasermachinesbasedon engineering drawings, specifications, or production requirements.
Selectappropriatelaserparameters,includingpower,speed,andfocallength,for various materials and thicknesses.
Performmachinesetupandcalibrationtoensureprecisealignmentandaccuracy of the laser beam.
Operate andmonitorlaser machines during production runs to ensureoptimalperformance and adherence to programmed paths.
