Fabrication Manager in Calumpit Bulacan

Role Overview

Responsible for end-to-end management of sheet metal fabrication operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality production across punching, bending, stamping, welding, surface treatment, powder coating, and assembly. Leads the fabrication team, aligns engineering with manufacturing, and drives improvements in delivery, cost, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Production Management

Oversee daily fabrication operations to meet production targets and delivery schedules (ETO & MTS).

Monitor performance (throughput, downtime, labor utilization) and resolve issues promptly.

Coordinate with planning and inventory teams to ensure smooth production flow.

Continuous Improvement

Lead Lean/Kaizen initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and shorten lead times.

Analyze processes and implement sustainable improvements and best practices.
