Experience: 5 years (Gulf experience preferred)

Salary: 65000 8 hours duty OT)

Main Responsibilities

• Supervising and leading a team of fabricators and welders in metal fabrication processes.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints and specifications.
• Ensuring accurate cutting, welding and assembly of metal structures.
• Monitoring work progress and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Coordinating with project managers, engineers and other departments.
• Ensuring adherence to safety procedures and workplace regulations.
• Managing materials, tools and equipment efficiently.
• Providing training and guidance to junior fabricators and welders.
• Conducting inspections and troubleshooting fabrication defects.
