Summary: The Shift Supervisor is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring the plastic extrusion machine to produce high-quality plastic products according to production schedules and specifications. This includes supervising production personnel, ensuring that materials, equipment, and processes are managed efficiently to maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
