**Job Description**

This role focuses on precision production work involving fabric components for expansion joints. You will measure, cut, fold, and assemble materials using hand and power tools, ensuring each piece meets exact specifications. The position requires consistent attention to detail, comfort with repetitive tasks, and a strong commitment to quality and accuracy in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Read and interpret tape measurements to accurately mark fabric for cutting, folding, and hole punching.
+ Cut and fold fabric flaps according to specified measurements and production instructions.
+ Add fabric rings to flaps and operate a heat press to securely heat seal rings to the fabric.
+ Punch precise holes in fabric based on measurements and layout requirements.
