Fabrication Associate - 1st, 2nd, 3rd and weekend shifts

General Description The Fabrication Associate is responsible for expertly operating high performing CNC laser, press brake and oxide removal equipment to safely produce beautiful metal parts to customer print specifications.
These parts are to meet or exceed established quality and productivity standards.
Rates from 19.11 up to 24.00 per hour for experienced manufacturing Equipment Operators, Material Handlers Organizational Relationships and Authority The associate reports directly to the Supervisor.
There are no direct reports to this position.
However, machine performance is the responsibility of the operator and any conditions that lower the expected output of the machine must be communicated to the Profiling Machinery Technician.
Key Responsibilities and Purpose The primary responsibility of the associate is to produce metal fabricated parts to customer print specifications using a standard process.
