Job overview We are seeking a skilled Fabric Technician to deliver high-quality reactive and planned fabric maintenance across site. You will support day-to-day operations by completing PPMs, responding to client requests, maintaining compliance documentation, and carrying out a wide range of building repairs to a high standard. Key responsibilities Reactive fabric maintenance Carry out reactive building/fabric repairs including carpentry (locks, cubicle and panel repairs), painting and decorating, and general handyman tasks.
