- Lead Sustainment Improvement Projects (SIPs) that focus on optimizing the performance, reliability, and maintenance capabilities of Mission Systems on the F-35 Air Vehicle platform.
- Analyze sustainment and maintenance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend and implement cost-effective sustainment strategies that enhance availability and reduce lifecycle costs.
- Evaluate supply chain posture, maintenance practices, and technical procedures; recommend updates or modifications as needed.
- Support the development and refinement of maintenance plans, ensuring they align with program performance goals and safety requirements.
- Create and deliver executive-level briefings to leadership and customers, summarizing analysis results, project risks, and recommended actions.
