**Description:**
You will be the F‑16 Build Team Associate Manager - Level 4 for the Heavy‑Structures Production team which is responsible for delivering structural components on the F‑16 production line.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the F‑16 Build Team Associate Manager - Level 4 you will be responsible for overseeing the Heavy‑Structures work‑break‑down‑structure, ensuring schedule, quality, cost, and safety targets are met while developing the next tier of supervisors.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Lead the Heavy‑Structures crew in producing fuselage frames, bulkheads, and associated hardware to schedule and quality standards.
+ Mentor high‑potential technicians and lead‑hands, building their supervisory skills and creating a strong succession pipeline.
