About the role

A friendly primary school in Kenilworth seeks an Early Years Level 3 Practitioner to support their busy Reception class. You will assist with phonics, continuous provision and early assessment.

Start Date: May 2026 – Fixed until July 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Support learning through play
• Assist with phonics groups
• Contribute to EYFS observations
• Maintain a safe environment

Pre-requisites

• Level 3 or higher teaching assistant qualification or equivalent (Must be relevant to working with children)
• Proven experience working with children in a school or relevant setting (That can be referenced)
• A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
