Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting experienced Early Years Teaching Assistants to join a range of welcoming Primary and Nursery Schools across South Birmingham, with opportunities available for September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate and nurturing individuals who enjoy supporting young children during the crucial early stages of their development. We have opportunities available on a full-time, part-time, and flexible supply basis, allowing you to find work that suits your schedule.

The Role

You will be supporting pupils across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and helping create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.

Some roles may involve supporting children with additional needs, including:

Autism (ASC)
Speech and Language difficulties
SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs)
Behavioural challenges
