Reception Teacher – Morden

A welcoming and supportive primary school in the borough of Merton is seeking a dedicated Reception Teacher to join their Early Years team from September 2026. This is a full‑time maternity cover position for two terms and would suit an enthusiastic and experienced teacher with a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.

The school is connected by multiple public transport routes and is easily accessed from areas such as Merton, Sutton, Lambeth and Croydon.

Qualifications

• Recent experience teaching within the EYFS
• Ability to create engaging and nurturing learning environments
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
• Passion for supporting children in the early stages of their education
