Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young children with additional needs? We are currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS SEN Practitioners to support children with ASD and challenging behaviours across SEN Schools in the Gateshead area.

About the Role:
We are working with a variety of specialist provisions who require experienced practitioners to provide high-quality 1:1 and small-group support. Your role will involve:

Supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and social, emotional, or behavioural needs
Implementing personalised strategies to encourage engagement, communication, and emotional regulation
Working closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and wider school teams
Creating a calm, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
