Extrusion Engineer

- Strong understanding and hands-on of single and multi-lumen extrusions processing; other plastic extrusion experience with products such as cast film, blown film or sheet extrusion and/or co-extrusion will also be considered.
- Processing experience across a wide range of polymer materials (TPU, PVC, HDPE, LDPE, PE, TPE), understanding of polymer chemistry and rheology.
- Setup and run experiments on single screw extruders using scientific and statistical methods to validate process parameter.
- Experience with root cause analysis techniques to identify and resolve design and process issues.
