Extruder Operator

Position title: Extruder Operator

Overview: Daily operation of plastics extrusion equipment: shape, thin, gauge and form sheets, providing thermoforming operations the ability to create plastic products for use in food

packaging, understanding, and supporting total manufacturing flow in support of meeting/exceeding customer’s needs while meeting Company standards for quality, efficiency and safety.

Night shift: Sun, Mon, Tues and every other Sat. 7pm-7am OR/ Wed, Thurs, Fri. and every other Sat. 7pm-7am

Training: Training takes place during day shift for approx. 4-8 weeks depending on experience.

Pay rate: $23-28 based on experience.

Position type: Temp-to-hire or Direct Hire

Specific Duties:

Utilize the HMI machine to adjust components to regulate speed, pressure, temperatures, amounts, dimensions, and flow of materials.
