Managing Test Operation tasks and activities at subcons in Philippines Maverick Lot disposition On-site troubleshooting for Test production/project activities Continuous yield analysis and improvements including test backend Responsible for major subcons KPI including MPE cycle time Lot Reject Rate At least 7 years of experience about Semiconductor Test development projects or sustaining activities. At least 3 years of experience in MOSFET & Power Discrete testing Familiar with Test Cell knowledge Familiar with Test Operation Flow Being familiar with VDA 6.3 audit process is a plus.
