Call for Applications: External Audit for FY 2025

Just Rights for Children Kenya, a non-profit organisation, is seeking to engage a qualified and independent audit firm to conduct its annual external audit for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

Scope of Engagement

The selected firm will:

• Conduct the audit in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
• Review financial statements, accounting records, and internal controls
• Assess compliance with applicable laws and donor requirements
• Issue an independent audit report and management letter

Requirements

• ICPAK registration with a valid practising certificate
• Demonstrated experience auditing non-profit and/or donor-funded organisations
• Independence and absence of conflict of interest
