Motability Operations are currently recruiting for an experienced SMART Repair Technician to join our busy, state-of-the-art refurbishment centre in Coalville on a permanent basis.
This is a high-volume site with consistent work (no downtime), working on a modern vehicle fleet using the latest cosmetic repair tools and materials.

What you'll be doing:
- Carrying out SMART repairs including paintwork, polishing and refinishing
- Completing plastic repairs and rectification work
- Mixing paint and carrying out high-quality paint corrections
- Using modern cosmetic tooling and repair materials
- Delivering right-first-time repairs to high reconditioning standards
Package:
- Up to £35,700 basic salary
- Bonus up to 15%
