Job Description

About the role

This role is responsible for developing, managing, and prioritizing requirement specifications to support the implementation of digital form solutions such as Nintex, Obzevr, and other low-code/no-code software products. The role ensures alignment with the company’s process automation initiatives and digital transformation strategy.


In this role, you will:

  • Develop and manage requirement specifications to support digital form solutions (e.g., Nintex, Obzervr, low-code/no-code platforms).

  • Support the global implementation of digital form solutions across Thiess sites.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture, process flow diagrams, and user guides.

  • Collaborate with ICT teams, process owners, and end-users to drive digital transformation
