About the role
The role is responsible for providing comprehensive support to end users of Thiess’s Learning Management System, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. Maintain data integrity, troubleshoot system issues, and uphold compliance with industry-specific learning standards and safety regulations. Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and user engagement to enhance overall learning effectiveness.

In this role, you will:
Assist in users experiencing issues such as login, course access difficulties or user management.

Configure of locations, positions, and teams for new projects

Diagnose and resolve issues like content loading errors, broken links, or system performance problems

Create additional reporting not available for local training teams to generate.

Offer guidance or tutorials to help users understand how to navigate the LMS, access courses, track pro...
