This 12-month traineeship offers hands-on experience while you complete a nationally recognised qualification in Hospitality, including Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.

You’ll be supported by our Client Services and Indigenous Careers teams, with the potential for ongoing opportunities within the Commonwealth Bank.

What you will be doing

As a Hospitality Trainee, you’ll rotate through key roles within our Client Services team, gaining hands-on experience in:

Reception and Concierge

• Welcome and register guests
• Manage visitor access
• Support VIP arrivals with professionalism and care
