We are looking for an experienced Exports Documentation Head who will manage all pre-shipment and post-shipment export documentation, coordinate with banks and customs, and ensure smooth export operations according to government rules.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare all pre-shipment and post-shipment documents such as Invoice, Packing List, LC documents, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.
Ensure timely submission of documents to bank, buyer, CHA, and shipping lines.
Coordinate with customs, bank officials, freight forwarders, ...
