Export Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview

Reporting to the Export Logistics Manager, you will coordinate Vitaco stock transfers to Australia, international shipments, and contract customer orders. You will ensure orders are processed and dispatched efficiently, stakeholders are kept informed, and export documentation remains accurate and compliant. This is a fast-paced, relationship-focused role where you will work closely with customers, freight partners, and internal teams to deliver a seamless export experience and keep products moving across global markets.

• Coordinating import and export permits, declarations, and export certificates
