Export Customer Service (Sea)

• Bachelor degree in Logistics, International Business Management, or any related field


• Male or Female, age 25-35 years old


• 3-5 Years’ Experience or above in sea Freight, Export Customer Service for Freight Forwarding


• Good knowledge for sea freight.


• Good English Communication Skills.


• Understand and able to reading, writing and speaking in English (Chinese is a plus).


• Service mind, Positive attitude, Responsibility and able to work under pressure.

• Follow up the Export information with Sales, Oversea agent, Customer(shipper)


• Booking space with Co-loader/Shipping line and release booking confirmation to shipper


• Submit SI/VGM and others data as require to Co-loader/Shipping line timely


• Follow up shipment schedule and update to related party


• Manage export process under SOP of oversea agent/shipper/sales
