Purpose

Provide strategic leadership for the Mineral Resource (MR) department of Lion One. Responsible for planning, monitoring, reporting, and delivery of MR activities. The objective is to increase the value of the mineral resource asset through improved utilisation, resource growth, discovery, or acquisition/divestment.

Key Accountabilities / Activities

• Manage the delivery of approved work programs.
• Contribute to maintaining Lion One tenement package.
• Contribute to Lion One joint venture exploration activities.
• Human Resources: recruitment, training, and succession planning.
• Ensure accurate development and maintenance of Lion One geoscience data.
