Expert Technical Consultant - MQ/Middleware administrator

Responsibilities Role Summary: The individual is responsible for supporting IBM MQ/RDQM/ActiveMQ software used for Finastra’s Payments Business unit. Primary responsibility is to install, configure, support, and maintain IBM MQ/RDQM software, ActiveMQ. Further, this person will be tasked with improving both internal and external support for our vital operations. Job description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Design, Install and configure IBM MQ/RDQM/Multi-Instance/ActiveMQ server software. Provides technical support and maintenance of installed software. Make sure all the required monitoring services in place for reporting about system HA and performance. Interacts with business users and software vendors to troubleshoot installation and implementation issues.
