What is a Sales Operations Lead?

• Report, analyze operational monitoring for Regions current KPI (Gross Add, Recharge, MFS & Data) to ensure smooth execution of S&D.
• Track MBU and Franchise Operation including Sales, MFS, Data, Devices, Retail Development in order to take important business decision.
• Data extraction for reporting from MSTR and coordination with Commercial Planning/Reporting & Analysis team.
• To ensure delivery of different dashboards/presentations/reports to the management on channel performance and coordinate with regional team to ensure performance achievement.
• Monitoring and evaluating business growth analysis, cell site analysis and other ad hoc analysis as per business need.
