In this role located in Pensacola, Duluth, or Houston, you will be instrumental in supporting Project Managers through invoicing and financial health monitoring. You’ll coordinate Subconsultant invoices and payments, review contract terms, and prepare insightful financial reports for leadership. Strong communication is key as you interact directly with clients and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Set up invoicing with Project Accountant support
