The on-site Experiences Manager is a  key role in developing, curating and carrying out unique experiences for guests, Florentine community and team members alike. Experiences will be aligned with the ‘Soul of the Place’ which is the unique identity and personality of each Auberge property.

• Lead the creation and development of curating all experiences and a monthly calendar of activities for the property.

• Planning, project managing, and collaborating with inter-departmental teams and executing special moments, signature programs and weekly activities, events, classes, and programs that allow guests and members to experience the property's values and create lasting memories.
