Experienced Test Engineer

• Lead testing and verification of power converters, power protection products and DC power distribution systems; develop and maintain stage-specific test plans and protocols per product requirements, design specs and relevant domestic & international standards. • Conduct multi-dimensional tests covering electrical performance, firmware, EMC, safety, reliability and components per schedules; identify and report issues, and support designers in troubleshooting. • Process, analyze and interpret test data to pinpoint potential risks and performance bottlenecks; deliver high-quality test reports & summaries, and maintain the defect database. • Partner closely with the R&D team to root-cause test-identified issues, track progress and drive defect closure. • Ensure agile and cost-effective test execution aligned with project delivery timelines. • Contribute to the development roadmap of the our new innovation lab, and advance its automation and digital transformation. • Establish the R&D tes...
