Requirements & Qualifications1. Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a professional tailor.
2. Ability to sew a variety of styles (formal wear, casual wear, and accessories).
3. Skilled in using industrial sewing machines and tools.
4.Strong attention to detail, precision, and finishing.
5. Ability to work with minimal supervision and under time pressure.
6. Creativity and willingness to contribute to new designs and product ideas. Preferred Attributes
1. Experience with fashion brands or boutiques.
2. Knowledge of pattern drafting and garment construction.
3. Flexibility to take on bespoke/custom orders.
4. Team-oriented, reliable, and passionate about fashion craftsmanship.
