Experienced Structural Fitter Position

We are looking for a skilled fitter with a minimum of ten years of traditional fitting experience to join an experienced team. You will play a key role in fitting independently and guiding junior fitters while adhering to safety standards. Daily responsibilities include operating cranes and selecting the right tools to ensure excellence in your work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Independently fit using appropriate tooling and jigs
• Operate an overhead crane safely and efficiently
• Mentor junior team members when necessary
• Adhere to safety regulations and wear PPE
• Maintain all fitting tools in working order
