Experienced Screen Burner & Ink Technician (Screen Printing)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Screen Burner & Ink Technician with a strong background in production screen printing. This role is critical to maintaining print quality, color consistency, and workflow efficiency in a fast-paced shop environment.

This is not an entry-level position-candidates should have hands-on experience with screen prep, exposure, and professional ink mixing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Burn and register screens using M&R i-Image S (CTS system)
• Operate NuArc MSP 3140 exposure unit with consistent, repeatable results
• Mix inks using One Stroke Ink mixing system with high accuracy
• Maintain and adjust ink formulas for color matching and consistency
• Troubleshoot exposure, stencil, and ink-related issues proactively
