POSITION OVERVIEW Dragonfly Cares is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based team to support children with autism and developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for BCBAs who want meaningful school-based work, stability, and work-life balance - with the option to pick up additional cases if desired throughout Long Island. WHAT YOU'LL DO Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students with behavioral and developmental needs. Provide direct and consultative behavioral services to students within school settings. Train, coach, and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff in implementing behavior intervention strategies and evidence-based practices.
