As part of the Maintenance team, you will be responsible for managing risks affecting plant operations while leading the Asset Management Plan. This role requires a strong understanding of predictive maintenance and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities:
• Support capital project implementation for reliability
• Develop and improve Asset Management Plans
• Conduct root cause analysis for operational failures
• Implement predictive maintenance programs effectively
• Analyze equipment failures to prevent reoccurrences

• Engineering degree required, P.Eng preferred
