Santa Cruz Dental Group is growing, and we’re looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. What You’ll Do:
• Support our doctors chairside in a variety of procedures including restorative, prosthodontic, surgical, and sleep/airway-related cases
• Set up rooms, maintain sterilization standards, and ensure smooth clinical flow
• Take diagnostic digital X-rays and intraoral photos
• Engage confidently with patients to help them feel at ease before, during, and after treatment
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes and assist with charting
• Contribute to an organized, energized, and team-focused work culture
