This role will be mainly focused on finding and recruiting talent mainly for marketing roles for US + EU customers.

• Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and staffing needs.
• Onboarding Support: Provide support during the onboarding process, including facilitating background checks, coordinating training sessions, and assisting with new hire orientation.
