This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico for an Experienced Real Estate Agent. The agent will prospect and cultivate client relationships, conduct property showings, and provide expert guidance to buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process. Daily responsibilities include evaluating properties, preparing listing presentations and market analyses, coordinating marketing activities, and managing negotiations from offer to closing. The role involves close collaboration with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure listings are showcased effectively across digital and international channels. The agent will stay current on local market trends, legal requirements, and company standards to deliver a high-quality, ethical, and client-focused experience.
