Join a dynamic team as a Production Planner on a 12-month contract in hybrid mode, based in Barrie. Oversee work order management and ensure accurate production planning.
This role, reporting to the Production Control Manager, demands at least two years' experience in a similar capacity. Key responsibilities include performing material checks, monitoring capacity needs, and liaising with various departments to communicate priorities. You'll also manage planning data and adjust inventories as necessary for optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and release production work orders efficiently
• Ensure open orders are accurate and timely
• Collaborate daily with Sales and Production teams
• Initiate overtime and production transfers to mitigate issues
• Maintain ERP system with up-to-date resources
