Drive success in a pet store as an experienced Pet Store Manager. This permanent position requires bilingual skills and offers an opportunity to manage a dedicated team in a lively environment.
You will oversee daily operations, evaluate store performance, and resolve customer issues while managing a staff of 16-20. Your experience in retail management allows you to implement effective operational strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and control daily store operations
• Assess and improve store procedures
• Hire and supervise both staff and volunteers
• Resolve supply shortages and customer concerns
• Conduct regular performance evaluations
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in retail management
• Secondary school graduation certificate is required
• Bilingual capabilities in English and French
• Proficiency with Adobe and point of sale systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
