Experienced Parts Advisor – Sutterton

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our existing and established team at our Sutterton branch, based in Lincolnshire.

Reporting directly to the Parts & Retail Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the day‑to‑day queries regarding agricultural machinery and specialist vegetable machinery parts from customers and technicians. Your role will be to ensure delivery of excellent customer service at all times by dispatching and dealing with customer orders and helping with enquiries relating to the products and services supplied by the Company either face to face or over the telephone.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal diplomatically with customers and colleagues in a polite and professional manner
• Good knowledge of Specialist Vegetable and Agricultural machinery
• Excellent people skills and enjoy working with the general public
