What will you be doing?

+ Perform MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and/or aluminum materials
+ Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings
+ Set up, operate, and maintain MIG welding equipment
+ Inspect finished welds to ensure accuracy, strength, and compliance with specifications
+ Measure and align workpieces using appropriate tools and fixtures
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies
+ Perform minor maintenance on welding equipment as needed
+ Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and deadlines
