Experienced Live-In Superintendent Needed

We are seeking a Live-In Superintendent to maintain and improve our residential property. Your hands-on maintenance expertise will directly enhance the living conditions for residents.
In this role, you will report to the Property Manager while managing all aspects of the building's maintenance. A background of 2 to 3 years in residential property management is required, with a focus on customer service and minor repairs. Your responsibilities include regular inspections, cleaning, and timely coordination with subcontractors. This role also offers living accommodations as part of the compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure regular cleaning and maintenance of common areas
• Conduct daily inspections and address maintenance issues
• Perform light repairs including electrical and plumbing
• Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations
