Experienced HSE Advisor for Long-term Role

Become an integral part of Stuart Olson as an HSE Advisor in the Conklin, AB Area. This role focuses on maintaining safety in a large petrochemical facility through an engaging, proactive approach.
Starting in June 2026, we are seeking a motivated and experienced HSE Advisor for long-term maintenance work. Your responsibilities will include leading safety programs, acting as a coaching resource, and ensuring HSE compliance. Collaborate with site leadership to create a culture dedicated to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach employees to promote a strong safety culture
• Lead training sessions and safety orientations
• Manage incident investigations and implement corrective actions
• Maintain detailed HSE documentation and support safety initiatives
• Spend approximately 85% of your time in the field
