As the HR Partner, you will support management with workforce planning and talent strategies while ensuring compliance and addressing employee relations. You’ll create a productive culture aligned with COVE’s mission, utilizing your HR expertise to manage performance management and training initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main HR contact for managers and staff
• Develop and monitor HR strategies across the organization
• Facilitate the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process
• Manage employee records and compliance with regulations
