Experienced Hotel Manager Needed

Join our team as an Experienced Hotel Manager dedicated to enhancing guest experiences at our resort location, with a focus on operations and staff management. This role requires physical presence.
We’re looking for a candidate with a minimum of five years in hotel management and qualifications in hospitality or business. You will lead a team of 16-20 staff, develop business plans, and implement operational policies and procedures. This position also involves budgeting, performance reviews, and supplier negotiations to ensure excellent service.
