We are looking for an Experienced Heavy Duty Mechanic to take on a foreman role. This position emphasizes daily hands-on work alongside shop leadership duties.
As a Working Shop Lead, you will perform critical repairs and maintenance on heavy-duty machinery while guiding a skilled team. Your role will involve ensuring efficient operation, quality control, and safety compliance. Strong diagnostic skills and a leadership mindset are crucial for success in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair heavy-duty equipment with precision
