**Banner University Medical Group** **is seeking an experiencedFamily Nurse Practitioner (FNP)to join our thriving Community Clinic Team in Tucson, Arizona.** Serve a diverse patient population in a collaborative, academic medical setting where innovation meets compassionate care.
**About the Role:**
As part of our established and growing primary care practice, you'll provide comprehensive clinical management including:
+ Patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
+ Interpretation of diagnostic tests and prescription of medications
+ Patient education and preventive care counseling
+ Collaborative consultation with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
**Work Schedule:**
+ **Full-time** | Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
+ Rotating call duties approximately 1 in 10 weeks
+ Patient Volume:12-16 patients daily initially, with manageable growth trajectory
